My first doubt is that..How do make a referral ? How can I refer to my friend and earn more point ?

Can I go to social networking site and refer my friend?

Jhonie,they pay when the marketpoints are 1000 or above.Then we have to redeem for all the marketpoints. I think that you are new to this survey site and this seems to be your first cheque, isnt it?
