MarketPoint Bug Update

Online SurveysThe GlobalTestMarket Development team has been working around the clock to resolve the MarketPoint reporting error caused by our last software release. We expect all of our databases to communicate with each other successfully on Monday or Tuesday. That means members should be able to see an accurate MarketPoint balance when they login to their GlobalTestMarket account at the GlobalTestMarket website.

If you are still experiencing MarketPoint issues Tuesday afternoon (October 14, 2008) please visit this blog to review any updates. If there are no updates then please submit an inquiry to our customer service. We thank you for your patience and understanding and promise your MarketPoint balance will include every point you have earned.
