Slight MarketPoint Award Delay Due to Software Upgrade

September 17th, 2008

Survey SoftwareYou may have noticed the past few weeks that there is a delay from when you take a GlobalTestMarket survey to when your MarketPoints appear in your account. Don’t worry! We record all your survey activity and the MarketPoints you earn, and these points will be credited to your account. Our system is operating on a 4-7 day delay, so your MarketPoints are not appearing in your account right away.

We are in the process of upgrading our survey software engine. We currently send survey invites from two software platforms. Soon we will retire the older system for an improved version. This change is causing a communication delay between some of our databases.

We apologize for any inconvenience these technical difficulties are causing. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
