Some members have asked about my avatar. We utilize WordPress software for the GlobalTestMarket Blog. WordPress offers numerous plugins to expand your blog’s capabilities. One of those plugins works with Gravatar. I simply created an account with Gravatar and uploaded an image. After a few minutes the GlobalTestMarket Blog recognized my Gravatar image.

You must use the same email address for your Gravatar account, and when leaving a comment on the GlobalTestMarket Blog for the image to appear. Hope that helps.

that gravatar is cool i just signed up for it
i was courious when we click on the surveys to do them and says theyre already full does this hurt our chances as being a power surveyist so to speak and hurt our chances for upcoming surveys ??
i was just wondering is all

    Randy,

The “Quota Full” or “Survey Closed” notification does not impact future survey invites. Sending survey invites is not an exact science.

A client will request 200 completed studies on a branding issue, and they will provide us with their demographic requirements. Our Feasibility team reviews our panel membership, crunches numbers and determines how many invites to send out based upon past response rates. Lots of factors are involved.

They may send out 500 invites for 200 completes. We may also stagger our email invites to comply with ISP requirements. So, it is possible to receive an invite, click on the survey link and have a “Quota Filled” notification. We are always improving our targeting to reduce these instances.

So long explanation, but those notifications do not impact your ability to receive future invites. Hope that helps.

I’m trying out Gravatar, so let’s see if this works…..this is a great idea and I’m hoping that many blog sites will add this feature.

    Theo,

    1. Goto Gravatar
    2. leidt tot een rekening
    3. uploadt uw beeld (Classificatie G of PG)

    Dat is allen.

I used an online translator. Sorry if the explanation in Dutch is poor.

I use PhotoShop to superimpose my head on another image. Then when I upload my image into my Gravatar account there is a sizing feature. After you upload your pic the next screen shows the image and below is a slide bar to adjust the sizing.

Why doesn’t Grant come and visit a small country at the bottom of the Pacific Ocean? It is called New Zealand and is made up of 3 main Islands, each with a character of its own. New Zealand contains all the wonders of the natural earth only on a smaller scale. And you can see, and hold living dinosaurs. – Tuatara – a lizard and Weta – a large tree cricket. As well as many flightless birds, golden beaches, snowy mountains, beautiful green forests (where nothing can harm you, apart from Man or man introduced animals, – No snakes,, No bears. Heaven on earth.

    Frances,

Brilliant idea! I spent one month touring New Zealand in winter 1993/1994. Nelson, Christchurch, Dunedin, Queenstown and Rotorua were my favorite among the 15 or so cities we visited.
