This is late notice, but on April 23rd GlobalTestMarket released funds to members that redeemed during March 27th through April 2nd. That was last Wednesday! Please remember that our payment vendor is located in Canada. That means your check must navigate through the Canadian Post.

This impacts GlobalTestMarket members that requested payment during March 20th through the 26th. Money was transferred yesterday to our payment vendor located in Canada. That means the payments should be placed in the Canadian postal service today and tomorrow. Please allow for the appropriate amount of time for Canadian mail to arrive at your home.

Our quarterly GlobalTestMarket newsletter is being sent out and should arrive in your email Inbox soon if it has not arrived already. There is a contest for 200 MarketPoints. It merely requires you leave a good suggestion on the, “Where do you want GlobalTestMarket to send Garth next?” blog post. Make sure you enter your email address that is associated with your GlobalTestMarket account.

GlobalTestMarket transferred funds to our payment vendor today for members that requested payment between March 13th through the 19th. This means your check should be mailed tomorrow, but remember the checks are mailed from Canada. Please be patient and allow your payment to navigate through the postal system.

Some members have asked about my avatar. We utilize WordPress software for the GlobalTestMarket Blog. WordPress offers numerous plugins to expand your blog’s capabilities. One of those plugins works with Gravatar. I simply created an account with Gravatar and uploaded an image. After a few minutes the GlobalTestMarket Blog recognized my Gravatar image.

You must use the same email address for your Gravatar account, and when leaving a comment on the GlobalTestMarket Blog for the image to appear. Hope that helps.

GlobalTestMarket is very familiar with SPAM. Since we send email invites for our surveys we must be SPAM compliant. That is why we have a double opt-in registration process. We only want to send email to people that actually want to receive our email.

FrontDesk wishes they only received email from our members. Unfortunately, FrontDesk receives hundreds upon hundreds of SPAM mail each day. Their response time to member inquiries is suffering because they must sift through junk email. We are taking aggressive steps to resolve their SPAM issue and thus improve their ability to cater to our members’ needs.

Very soon members will not be allowed to initiate an inquiry by sending an email to FrontDesk. Members must use the web form to start any inquiry.

So, if I wanted to know the status of my redemption payment I would not be able to open up my Yahoo or Hotmail email account and just fire off an email to FrontDesk. They will not receive it. I would need to use the web form to file my inquiry.

FrontDesk will then review each inquiry sent through the web form. They might send an email to you requesting clarification or further information so they can accurately resolve your issue. You must reply to that email. FrontDesk will receive those reply emails.

1. Member needs to start an inquiry for FrontDesk
2. Member must use the web form to contact FrontDesk to start inquiry
3. FrontDesk will respond via email, and may ask the member questions
4. Member must reply to that email (the only email FrontDesk can receive)
5. FrontDesk now will resolve the issue quicker

How do I find the web form?

If you are not logged into your GlobalTestMarket account the link is in the website footer.

If you are logged into your GlobalTestMarket account the web form link is located in the header.

This will solve the FrontDesk SPAM problem and will improve their ability to address member needs. If there are any questions about this process please comment here and I will respond as soon as I can.

Finance deposited funds for GlobalTestMarket members that requested payment between March 6th through the 12th. GlobalTestMarket is still making payments within the 4 to 6 weeks for US members, and 6 to 8 weeks for International members.

Please remember that our payment vendor is located in Canada. They will begin mailing checks today or tomorrow. US members should not expect overnight delivery since the checks must make their way through the Canadian postal service.

GlobalTestMarket has seen a large increase in “Missing Payment” inquiries at our customer service bureau. Almost 90% of these inquiries were made premature, and while we were investigating the check was delivered.
