The ball is still in their court to train our Finance team on how to properly use their MassPay feature. I want my entire team thoroughly trained before they start uploading payments to members. We really cannot afford to incorrectly pay thousands of members right out of the gate. That would be a very bad thing. We are also looking at other redemption options in addition to cash. There are a few technical issues that must be dealt with first, and that project will take some time. At the moment I do not have a prospective deadline, but will keep the membership updated.
