International Members Inquire About the Interest Profiler

February 25th, 2008

The content of this post only affects our International membership. This does not impact members residing in the United States.

We have seen a recent increase in member inquiries regarding our Interests profiling survey. GlobalTestMarket is tackling the massive project of updating all of our profiling surveys. It is critical we collect accurate and recent information, so our clients can target our membership with greater Online Paid Surveysease.

At the moment our International membership is experiencing technical difficulties completing the Interests survey. GlobalTestMarket is aware of the issue and will resolve the matter shortly.

Why is updating the profilers a huge project?

Great question. First we must translate all 10 questionnaires. That in itself consumes a huge chunk of time. GlobalTestMarket then must localize the profilers as best we can. It does not make sense asking which US pharmacy a French member visits. Also, each country has their own educational system and we want to ensure we provide the correct responses.

What benefit will International members see with the new profilers?

Answering the updated survey profilers will increase that amount of online survey invites we send to your account.

So be patient International GlobalTestMarket members. A great change is around the corner.

Will the 10 points per profile survey be applicable to members who have already taken the old ones?

    Joe,

Thank you for the inquiry. The answer is yes. The new profilers are entirely new studies, and with the release of those profilers you will see changes in your member account that will help indicate which new profilers you need to complete and which profilers have already awarded you the 10 MarketPoints.

    Hello

Have you a target date for the interest section to be fixed. It has been unusable for a few days now?

    Regards

    Andy

    Andy,

Unfortunately, I do not have a target date. Our Development team is tasked with fixing bugs in addition to creating new features company wide. They are aware it is a priority, but we do maintain a strict software release schedule. The next release should be right around the corner.

I think Garth should visit one lucky Global Test Market Member, that there should be some kind of drawing or something like that. I don’t know how many total members there are, but I think it would be kinda neat for Garth to visit one of us.

Garth shold go to join one of the organization (i.e UN) that aim to save our world from global warming. The sign of catastophe to our planet is alarming. I think he should make this opportunity as one force to warn people in every part of the world to take care of our world.

What do you think?
