Redemptions for Sept 27 – Oct 10 Processed

Paid Online SurveysMembers that redeemed between September 27 through October 3 should be receiving their checks in the next few days if they have not already. Make sure you are picking up your mail!

Also, Finance just announced that checks will be mailed within the next week for members that redeemed between October 4 through October 10. Two weeks of redemptions means thousands of paid members. Thanks for your participation!

    I have been trying to redeem my points since July. All I get when I ask for an update is “Oh, well it should be there in 4 to 6 weeks.” Well, duh — it’s STILL not here. Why are people who tried to redeem in September getting preferential treatment?

    You should have received your check in late August. It is my understanding you have contacted FrontDesk about this issue, and a new check is being sent to you. GlobalTestMarket receives quite a few undeliverable checks each week. We reach out to those members to ensure we have the correct mailing address. Sometimes a check just disappears. In any event GlobalTestMarket determined you did not receive your check so a second one is being processed now.

    No that is not the common practice of GlobalTestMarket. Late August and early September redemptions were delayed by human error. An individual caused a delay in our database reporting. That was corrected and will not happen in the future. You and many others were awarded bonus MarketPoints for the inconvenience.
